Mark 16:17

“Everybody here must be a candidate of signs and wonders… It’s not by fasting, its not by praying. It has it’s own.”

So long as you have the ability to believe, you are an applicant for signs and wonders. People miss their miracle because their eyes are not open to see and believe that it is possible. The sign that you are looking for is not stagnant, it is in motion - it is moving. So if you miss your sign, then you miss your time - you have missed your destiny. God has already spoken and made what you’re looking for available, but you have to keep moving in order to catch it.
